The campgrounds are located on Georgia State Route 208, about two miles east of US highway 19, (US 19 intersects with SR 208 between Thomaston and Butler, in Taylor County, Georgia.)   The camp is located about 90 miles south of Atlanta and about 60 miles west of Macon.
